All Buyers must register to bid in the Auctions. Online Bidders must register online, Bidders in the Room must register at Reception and collect a Bidders Card which must be retained throughout the sale. The Auctioneer will not accept your bid in the saleroom without a Bidders Card
If you cannot attend the auction you may leave an absentee bid online, to do so please sign in and go to the auction catalogue that you wish to add your commission bids. Alternatively if you wish to leave an absentee bid at the saleroom, please fill in the printed form and return to Reception.
*Special rules apply to West Meon Rural Auction absentee bids.
Payment must be made on the day or sale, or by close on business (3:30pm) the day following the sale latest.

- Payment may be made by Debit Card/Credit Card (in person and chip/pin only). However, please note that there is a surcharge of 2.5% on all Credit Card transactions.
- Goods will not be released until payment is received and/or cleared through our Bank Account.
Successful Buyers of lots that have bid using our live or timed bidding options over the internet are subject to an extra Internet charge +VAT on the hammer price of that lot.
VAT at the current rate will be payable on all items marked with an asterisk (*) in the Sale Catalogue.
Condition Reports are NOT available for the Monday General Auction Lots. Prospective Buyers for the Jewellery & Collectables Auctions are strongly advised to email us for a condition report and any specific information required on a lot, if they are unable to view in person.
All lots are sold without warranty, and no guarantees are given or implied as to their working condition.
All items on the premises are deemed to be insured by the Vendor before the fall of the hammer and by the Purchaser after the fall of the hammer.
Subject to satisfactory payment (see above), all items should be removed on the day of Sale or by close of business (3:30pm) Tuesday following the sale latest.
