Chris Sykes
Managing Director
Chris a Chartered Accountant has been with the auction house since 1995 . Following the demise of the livestock markets in the late 1990’s Chris led the business away from its predominant agricultural base into the diversified auction house that it is today. In his spare time he plays any game that requires a racquet and is currently Chairman of the ICEAW support group for accountants .

If ever there was a stalwart employee at Wellers, she would be it. Sally has been a loyal member of the Wellers team and has stood the test of time. She has a passion for helping people realise their potential and thrives in her role as HR Manager (CIPD Qualified).

Wayne has many years experience in the customer service sector and has been with Wellers since 2009, originally based in the Chertsey Saleroom. He has now added auctioneering to his skills set and has a keen interest in music and rock & pop memorabilia.

Luke has come a long way from when he joined Wellers as an Auction Porter. He has become a fully fledged auctioneer and specialist in the architectural industry and is a regular face for customers at each of our weekly Monday General Auctions and monthly Jewellery & Collectables Auctions.

Rob Snelgar
Saleroom Manager | Auctioneer
Rob joined us in 2009 and started off as an Auction Porter. Following in the footsteps of his father Glen Snelgar, he has become one of our Auctioneers and has branched out into many parts of the business. He is at present responsible for all of our Off-Site Agricultural & Farming auctions as well as being a regular Auctioneer for our Monday General Sales every Monday. He likes to spend his weekends taking in the fresh country air and chilling out during the long summer evenings.

With over 10 years in the auction business Andrew is one of our most experienced auctioneers. Andrew is involved in many aspects of the business including stock acquisition and valuations, transport solutions, house clearance and business development, which are areas of expertise and interest. Andrew is very proud of his family ties to the business and works hard to maintain the high expectations of both buyers and vendors. When not on the rostrum Andrew can be found down on the south coast enjoying the sea air and sunshine with his family.

Louise Hancock
Jewellery Specialist | Valuer
Louise is the latest addition to the Wellers family. With over 5 years experience in the jewellery industry and qualifications including DG (Diamond Diploma), GIA (Gemological Institute Of America). Louise works Tuesday's and is available for viewing between 10:00 - 15:00, she is able to value items and will catalogue and photograph any entries made into our Jewellery & Collectables auction.

Carolyn Harrington
Saleroom Manager
Carolyn has been a valid member of the Wellers team through the years and puts together our monthly Antiques & Collectables auction, which also includes valuing, cataloging, and the photography of all items. If you have some pieces tucked away in a drawer at home or have anything you either want to know the value of or to put into one of our Antique & Collectable auctions then bring them along on a Monday between 10:00 - 14:00 for our free valuation service. Alternatively you can send a description of your items with images in an email.

Having graduated in 2014 with a BA (Hons) in Business Studies & Marketing, Andy joined Wellers in the spring of 2015. After spending a brief spell at our Chertsey Office, Andy is now our Marketing Manager and involved in all aspects of the business. He has re-branded the business and has jointly overseen the transition of the auction platform to BidPath.

Accounts Manager
As our Accounts Manager and having spent many years working for Wellers, Kelly is a valued and trusted member of the team. She enjoys working at our off-site sales and deals directly with customers taking payments on the day.
Craig Kercher
Auction Assistant
An avid fan of literature and medieval swords, Craig has been developing his skills as an Auction Assistant, helping customers with their collections and is currently learning the trade as an auctioneer. He also helps construct our sales each week and is a vital member of the team.
Paul Gobbee
Auction Assistant
Paul has spent numerous years working in the auction industry and has many fantastic stories about previous lots sold. Having spent some time away he has now returned to Wellers and deals directly with customers for house clearance jobs and with collections after our Monday General auction. He also makes a great cuppa!
Jamie Farley
Auction Assistant
If you ever need to speak to anyone at Wellers regarding clothing then Jamie is the one to speak to! She constructs the clothing section to our Weekly Monday General auctions and knows where each and every item is.
